非常舒適寬敞的空間，臥房外可以直接看到吉隆坡塔，飯店給我們安排在17樓，採光、視野極佳。房間內有洗衣機和烘乾機可免費使用，游泳池和健身房可無限使用 💕 連住4晚每天清潔人員都會來打掃，非常乾淨。整體住宿體驗太好，下次一定會選擇再入住。💛🤍🧡💚

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were well maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. Breakfast was decent with a nice mix of Malaysian delights like nasi lemak as well as Western options. Overall, a satisfying experience and I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

I stayed at Oasia Suites from 25th to 28th. I arrived around 12 PM, but since check-in is at 3 PM, I requested early check-in. They allowed it but charged 200 RM, which I paid. Unfortunately, no staff assisted me on the way to the room. After one day, I found water leaking in both rooms from the AC units, which was very disappointing given the price. Service cleaned it up, but it shouldn’t have happened. The location is good, but the breakfast was average—about 40 RM, with limited food and variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience for the cost.

Расположение отличное - в центре, башни в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Сам отель не новый, но за эту цену в самом центре - хороший вариант. Уборку делают, бельё чистое и в целом вроде достаточно уютно, но много пыли (шторы, мягкая мебель и т. д.) если кто-то с аллергией... Залог с нас не брали, только туристический сбор. В общем, останавливаться можно.

stayed at this hotel for 10 days, checking in on August 3rd. My family arrived earlier at 12:00 pm, while I checked in at midnight. We had booked the Family Suite (three bedrooms), units 1401 and 1402.Suite 1402 appeared to be out of service. Upon arrival, I found the amenities to be old, with a strong humidity odor. The sink was blocked, and the bathroom was leaking. I reported this immediately, but the night receptionist informed me I would have to wait until morning to change rooms, which was disappointing. The next morning, the receptionist Sue who was very helpful moved me to suite 3104. This suite was average in condition, with a broken AC and laundry machine, both of which were fixed later during my stay. However, the shower had a design flaw that caused water to leak outside the suite.In suite 1401, we discovered worms, ants, and cockroaches the following day. This issue was also reported and later resolved.Positively, the swimming pool and breakfast were enjoyable. I strongly recommend that hotel management consider renovations, or at least replace all bed sheets and blankets, as they have an unpleasant odor.

房間位於高樓層. 空間算大.舒適. 廁所浴室是硬傷, 洗手間區域規劃得太小,使用不方便. 且沖水聲持續不停. 沒有浴盆只有淋浴. 門板跟洗手間共用一個滑動門板, 洗澡水流會溢出到門板外,整個地板到處都是. 床單的清潔度不佳, 有不明殘漬. 整體清潔度在這價位算勉強接受.

位置可以，步行去雙峰塔十來分鐘，對面有個小吃店，旁邊有個711。香格里拉在旁邊，還算比較安全。其他的還行吧，和國內比設施稍微陳舊了一點，工作人員都比較友好

Check in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday 訂房網站 & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

The staffs were very helpful to assist to our needs. The hotel was dusty, and mouldy. We found mouldy biscuit under the sofa after we dropped a pen under the sofa. Some of the lights in the room were not working. The hotel helped fixed one of the light. Another light failed again. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and had swapped 1 room as it was spiritually unclean. The new room was slightly better but we decided to forfeit two nights to go elsewhere. 1 of the room had views of the tower. However lights are bright at night, curtains better to be drawn in bed room.
